1. Introduction:
The oval jade pendant necklace is a very popular style, highly favored by consumers. We offer four different oval frame designs for you to choose from. After you provide your own photo, we will design and add your portrait to the chosen frame style, and then carve it into an exquisite jade portrait relief pendant necklace.

                        (2)Thick Version:around 44mm X 36mm X 4.5~5.0mm
3. Design Process:
Customers need to upload a clear photo. For specific photo requirements, please visit the photo requirements page. The design time is 3-5 working days. Once the design is complete, we will send the design image to the customer for confirmation. After approval, we need 2-3 working days for carving and polishing before shipping.
4. Privacy Protection:
All private photos uploaded by customers will not be posted on any online platform without permission.
5. Finished Product Sharing and Discounts:
In the jade customization options, there may be a "share finished product" option. This means that if you allow us to share images of your customized jade product on our website, Facebook, and Instagram pages for promotional purposes, you will enjoy a certain discount. This option does not give us the right to upload your private photos.
6. Packaging:
Each pendant comes with an adjustable cord. We also provide jewelry boxes and gift bags for customers.
